WTS operates and manages our own state-of-the-art data centers, and provides full-service IT support to our customers, including remote applications management, disaster recovery, managed services, customer care, project management, custom application development, complementary product support, and network management. We also work closely with Oracle or the customer's implementation partner of choice allowing the customer to select a partner with vertical industry expertise or a local presence to reduce overall implementation costs.
