BOSS SELECTS WTS TO HOST J.D. EDWARDS COLLABORATIVE ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS

Seattle, Washington, December 16, 2002 - WTS, Inc., the first application service provider (ASP) partner for J.D. Edwards collaborative enterprise software, announced that Building One Service Solutions, Inc. (BOSS), a division of Encompass, recently signed a three-year contract for hosting its existing J.D. Edwards enterprise software applications. BOSS is the nation's largest provider of cleaning services to the retail marketplace.

Continuous uptime and 24x7 availability of BOSS' J.D. Edwards OneWorld® solution is critical to the company's future success. Throughout the sales process, J.D. Edwards Account Executive Doug Hall displayed strong confidence in a hosting solution and in WTS as the right hosting partner. "J.D. WTS is hosting 150 users for BOSS' J.D. Edwards software, which includes Foundation, Financials, Distribution, Project Management, Service and Warranty Management, Payroll, and Human Resources. WTS converted BOSS' data from its previous NT/SQL platform to an IBM iSeries platform. BOSS had an aggressive timeline to cut over to WTS, and experienced no disruption in its customer services.
