WTS NAMED ONE OF WASHINGTON'S FASTEST GROWING PRIVATE COMPANIES

Seattle, Washington, January 30, 2003 - WTS, Inc., the first application service provider (ASP) partner for J.D. Edwards collaborative enterprise software, announced it has been named to The Puget Sound Business Journal's Fastest Growing 100 Private Companies for the second year in a row. Rankings are based on the percentage of growth in fiscal year revenues from 1999-2001 (three year period).

To qualify for the fastest growing private companies, companies need to have been established by January 1, 1999, have demonstrated financial growth over the past three years (1999-2001), and be an independent, privately held company (not a subsidiary or division of another company) with headquarters in Washington state. Revenues for all candidates must be at least $200,000 in 1999.

WTS focuses solely on hosting J.D. Edwards 5, OneWorld®, WorldSoftware™, co-existence applications, and complementary products. The WTS charter is to provide "one solution" including J.D. Edwards software and complementary product hosting and support, as well as wide area network (WAN) installation and support.
