WTS IS NAMED J.D. EDWARDS CERTIFIED SUPPORT PARTNER SEATTLE and DENVER—WTS, Inc., the first application service provider (ASP) partner for J.D. Edwards (Nasdaq: JDEC) collaborative enterprise software announces its customer support organization has achieved Certified Support Provider status from J.D. Edwards Global Support Services (GSS) organization. Completion of the certification requirements augments WTS's company-wide commitment to its J.D. Edwards customers to provide the highest level of technical, operational, and application support possible. Support Partner status also confirms several benefits for all WTS customers including well-defined support processes, trained and knowledgeable staff, escalation procedures, and an established working relationship with J.D. Edwards GSS. "J.D. Edwards strives to ensure our customers experience the highest level of support available," stated Jon Mattei, vice president of GSS, J.D. Edwards. "We do this by working with our partners towards a common goal: enabling customer success through timely, accurate, and professional support.
