Exclusive Agreement Offers Hosting Services for mid-Market Customers

SEATTLE—WTS, Inc., a hosting provider for PeopleSoft Inc. (Nasdaq: PSFT) today announced the expansion of its hosted offerings to include an exclusive outsourcing agreement for PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne and PeopleSoft World. This agreement with PeopleSoft includes applications management, infrastructure services, customer care, remote applications management, and complementary product support. Hosting services are available through PeopleSoft immediately.

PeopleSoft and WTS's mid-market hosting solutions provide customers with single-vendor accountability and support for upgrades and enhancements. Customers benefit from industry-leading service level agreements and direct access to PeopleSoft resources for faster issue resolution. PeopleSoft has teamed with WTS to deliver infrastructure services, application management services and customer care to PeopleSoft hosted customers. PeopleSoft holds a significant equity investment in WTS.

WTS, the first and largest application service provider (ASP) to host J.D. Edwards (acquired by PeopleSoft in June 2003), is PeopleSoft Hosting’s exclusive provider for PeopleSoft’s EnterpriseOne and World software families. Hosting services from WTS include specialized infrastructure to support database, hardware, network, remote applications management, and disaster recovery solutions designed for companies interested in PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne and PeopleSoft World.

Customers may choose offerings that provide their organizations with a value priced service level agreement and guaranteed availability or customers may choose to enhance their service level agreement with an offering that provides expanded hours of operation, the inclusion of additional complementary applications, and a higher guaranteed availability.
