Being successful as a consultant in contact with clients requires more than just comprehensive knowledge. Communication skills, entrepreneurial know-how and your project management or leadership expertise will help you to achieve this.

The WTS Academy offers you a state-of-the-art programme with various training modules. The qualification offers range from workshops and seminars about the subjects of communication and soft skills, right up to leadership and project management. But technical offers are also included in the programme. You will have the opportunity to enhance your own social, methodological and technical competences in a very targeted manner, or promote the development of your employees as a manager and mentor.

The international cooperation within our WTS Global Network makes us successful. That is why we promote cooperation and communications between our employees across countries with a secondment programme. We regard the exchange as a specific development opportunity for global talents, in order to support a transfer of professional know-how and maintain our worldwide network.


Global Leadership Development Programme

So as to strengthen a common understanding of leadership at a global level and promote our junior managers in the WTS Global Network in a targeted fashion, we offer a top-rate Global Leadership Development Programme. The aim of this is to prepare people with high potential for their future management duties, establish an international community and intensify cross-cultural understanding. There is also room for discussion and development of a concept of values, as well as sensitisation to change management and group dynamics in teams.

WTS Global Leadership Training Fontainebleau 2018

WTS Global Leadership Training 2018 took place at INSEAD's world-famous campus in Fontainebleau, France.

16 participants from 13 countries around the world were selected from WTS Global's talent pool for a five-day training session on leadership, business strategy, ethics, team management and change management. 

The training was conducted in collaboration with the European Centre of Executive Development (CEDEP), where WTS Global CEO Wim Wuyts is Program Director.
