Our WTS culture
We are a young, dynamic company and have a personal and appreciative corporate culture. Working independently and entrepreneurship are the key to our success. We work in a flexible manner and have the confidence to give our employees a great deal of responsibility.
We apply our open and trusting communication culture across all of the hierarchy levels. The exchange between employees and management staff takes place on equal terms. Our flat hierarchies support this trusting relationship and already enable young employees to quickly work together with the Director and Partner level.
The employees are regularly provided with up-to-date information about strategy, corporate and business development. For this, we use the entire bandwidth of possibilities, which are available to state-of-the-art internal communication.
Differences of opinion are addressed and discussed openly. This openness is a significant key to our success.
Good leadership is important to us
We know that professional leadership is crucial for our employees, in order for them to feel at ease and fully develop their performance potential. We promote our development-oriented leadership culture at various levels. In doing so, we let ourselves be guided by our leadership principles: Our management staff should be role models and develop trust, motivate with targets and promote employees individually. Appreciation, fair communication and constructive conflict management are an essential part of this.
Management staff are also human - that is why our management team takes advantage of training courses and coaching on a regular basis, so as to further develop their leadership know-how. In the sense of a pit stop, here they can reflect on current challenges and obtain new ideas - whether it relates to change, innovation, value orientation or team-building.
We want our employees to think entrepreneurially - our managers support this by giving free scope and delegating responsibility. They trust their employees.
Our annual target-setting meetings also involve understanding how employees can realistically achieve their targets and which individual development measures can support them with this. This is where our WTS Academy also comes into play.
