Franz Prinz zu Hohenlohe

Franz Prinz zu Hohenlohe has been a member of the WTS Executive Board since April 2018. He started his career in 1993 with Arthur Andersen. From 2000 to 2002 he was seconded by Arthur Andersen to the German Tax Desk in New York. Afterwards he moved to KPMG's German Center of Excellence in New York. Since 2003, he has held various management positions at KPMG in Germany. Most recently, he was responsible for the "International Tax" service line at the Big Four company.

Franz Prinz zu Hohenlohe's main areas of expertise include advice on cross-border tax issues, tax advice on international restructurings and M&A transactions. He has extensive experience in advising DAX 30 corporations and large family businesses. His industry focus includes diversified industries, automotive, pharma/life science and retail.
