One focus of our forensic work is the client’s representation in corporate litigation, for example, relating to the enforcement of shareholder rights and obligations, corporate disputes and liability as well as actions for rescission or annulment.

We represent our clients and assist in finding pragmatic solutions to terminate legal disputes relating to the prosecution or legal defence of commercial and general civil law claims.

In case of a unilateral termination of an employment contract, typically a complaint against unfair dismissal follows. We support employers in both legal defence against and mutual settlement of employees’ claims under individual labour law.

In order to avoid legal disputes, we support and assist our clients in extra-juridical settlements. We develop solutions to end current conflicts as well as to prevent potential future conflicts. In doing so, we may rely on the expertise of our colleagues who are trained (business) mediators.
